Yuko Nii, Curator, selected 14 artists (7 male and 7 female artists from 8 different countries) to see how these artists have expanded their creativity not limited to one medium only, but working in 2-D and 3-D, and also Video. I was delighted to find their equally unlimited creativity in all of their chosen mediums.
SJAC/ésdʒaék/ (Society of Japanese and American Creators) is a New York-based artists community. In addition to holding the SJAC annual exhibition, networking Japan-based artists is also part of our mission so to promote cultural exchanges and to stimulate creativity with each other.
This is the 5th "International Exchange Exhibition" of 18cmx18cm (7.2”x7.2”) uniform size paintings by 49 artists from New York and Japan. (also happening in NY in November. )
